Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our consultations. Our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair and easy to understand.

1. 7-day refund window

If a purchased service has not been delivered within 7 days of your successful payment, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid. Refund requests must be raised in writing to ankithuf5@gmail.com within this 7-day window.

2. Delivered sessions

Once a consultation has been delivered (whether attended by you or not, provided we were available at the scheduled time), the amount for that session is non-refundable.

3. Partial programs

For multi-session programs, the cost of already delivered sessions will be deducted, and the balance for undelivered sessions will be refunded proportionally.

4. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days by our payment partner (Stripe / Razorpay).

5. How to request a refund

Please email ankithuf5@gmail.com with your booking details, payment receipt and reason for the refund. We reply to every refund enquiry within 2 business days.
