By accessing or using Wellness Mantra (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of services

Wellness Mantra offers online wellness consultation, lifestyle and nutrition coaching. Our services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychiatric or emergency care.

2. Bookings & scheduling

Sessions must be booked in advance through our website. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the session. Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded.

3. Payments

All payments are processed via Stripe and Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes. Cards accepted include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and RuPay.

4. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide truthful information about your health, follow agreed-upon recommendations at your own discretion, and consult a qualified medical professional for any diagnostic or treatment needs.

6. Intellectual property

All content, plans, protocols and material shared through Wellness Mantra remain our intellectual property and are for personal use only.
